You order will be dispatched once we confirmed the size/color with you. Usually the package would arrive within 10 business days.

Your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), which means your order may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. Please check your local customs office for further information.

If you decide to return your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

For international orders, you have 30 days from your package delivery date to have the items returned to us (based on tracking) for a refund or exchange.

Lost/Stolen Packages

If your order is stated “Delivered” when you track the order through USPS/UPS/Fedex but you did not receive it, you need to contact USPS/UPS/Fedex first to see whether the package is stolen/lost/misplaced. After the package is shipped, there are limited things we can do to change/return the order. To prevent lost/stolen packages, you can also request us to ship to your nearest USPS/Fedex location and you can pick up from there.
